Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits are non-refundable even if the date is changed or the event is canceled for any reason, including an act of God, fire, extreme weather, and/or any other reason beyond either parties control. 2. Remaining balance is due at the time of the service. 3. Please make an effort if you need to cancel and reschedule. Time is of the essence and we have the right to demand payment in full if you cancel within 3 days of the event because you have effectively taken work away from the DJ. Work with us to reschedule as soon as you become aware. 4. Power - At Least 1 15-20 amp circuit with grounded 3 prong plug is required for the DJ to fulfill the service agreement. 5. Weather - Outdoor events must be coordinated to protect the DJ and the equipment from the elements. 6. Music - Please submit your requests at least 1 week prior to your event so the DJ can ensure your list is available and ready. If your event requires clean music, please indicate that. The DJ will make every effort to adhere to this, but please understand, a dirty word may find it's way in from time to time with out being caught before your event. 7. Safety - The DJ has the right to cease operation if you or your guests cause the area to not be safe for the DJ to perform. The DJ stop playing and make contact with you. If the situation is handled in a reasonable time, the DJ will continue as contracted. Failure to provide a safe space will void the policy and no refunds will be issued. DJ safety is paramount. 8. Please inform the DJ if they have your approval to take photos for marketing purposes. 9. The laws of the State of Arkansas govern all matters arising out of or relating to these policies and the transactions it contemplates, including, without limitation, its interpretation, construction, validity, performance, and enforcement. 10. For wedding packages. Reception planning is key to the success of your big day. For this, we need 1 week prior a wedding planner. This is information to assist the DJ. It includes but not limited to playlist, names of key guests, rituals to execute, videos if there will be videos, and other key pieces of information. The DJ will go over all of it in an effort to script the event and prepare the timing of everything to include emcee injection points.
